<p>PURPOSE:To obtain invariably accurate information without correction nor adjustment by varying a reference value corresponding to an input voltage range even if contact resistances and conductor resistance values are different or vary to cause the variation of the input voltage range. CONSTITUTION:When a switching circuit 6 is connected to contacts X1-X5, an X-axial reference voltage is utilized as the voltage between X-axial auxiliary electrodes 20a and 20b. Therefore, the voltage applied between both-end electrodes 1a and 1b of an X-axial resistance plate 2 is varied as the contact resistances 12 and 13 of the electrodes 1a and 1b and the resistances of conductor resistances 16 and 17 are varied, and the X-axial reference voltage is also varied correspondingly. The contact resistances 23 and 24 of X-axial auxiliary electrodes 20a and 20b, conductor resistances 27 and 28, and a contact resistance Z are much smaller than the input impedance of an A/D converting circuit 10 and an arithmetic circuit 22, so they can nearly be ignored. Those characteristics are the same on an Y axis-side. Thus, the X-axial reference voltage is varied corresponding to the variation of the resistances at all times, so even if the voltage of position data is varied with the resistances, the voltage is automatically corrected and outputted.</p> |
