PURPOSE: To simplify the work of attaching a micro-gripper to a holder. CONSTITUTION: The first support 25 of a first finger body 21 is joined to a first holder body 23. Electrode pads 32, 33 formed on the surface of the first support 25 are electrically connected to wiring patterns 35, 36 formed on the surface of the first holder body 23. The second support 25 of a second finger body 22 is joined to a second holder body 24. Electrode pads 32, 33 formed on the surface of the second support 25 are electrically connected to wiring patterns 35, 36 formed on the surface of the second holder body 24. The first and second holder bodies 23, 24 are joined together in such a way that the first finger 26 faces the second finger 26. |
