PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive damper performing a damper action in one direction only by externally fitting a housing to an outer ring via a viscous fluid while arranging an unidirectional clutch, mainly a torque transmission member on the cam face formed on the inner circumference face of the outer ring. SOLUTION: A roller 1b is normally pressed in a wedge clearance of a can face 1a1 by means of a tongue piece 1d1 of a spring member 1d, and the roller 1b relatively moved in a Y direction against the spring member 1d when an input shaft 4, for example, rotates in the Y direction and is released from a wedge clearance. As a result, the input shaft 4 is idled relative to an outer ring 1 and a housing 2. On the other hand, the input shaft 4 rotates in an X direction, the roller 1br relatively moves in the X direction and is fitted to the wedge clearance. Therefore, the rotational torque from the input shaft 4 is transmitted to the outer ring 1a, however, the outer ring 1a is subjected to the viscous elastic force from a high-viscosity fluid 3 sealed in a clearance S at this time so that the buffering force acts on the input shaft 4. |
