PURPOSE:To obtain the title aqueous solution useful for serum albumin pharmaceutical preparation and reduced in aluminum and having high safety by treating an albumin-containing aqueous solution derived from plasma with an anion exchanger. CONSTITUTION:An albumin-containing aqueous solution, preferably derived from human and having 1-10(W/V)% albumin content is controlled to 4.5-5.5pH and 0.001-0.05M salt concentration and then an anion exchanger of 2-5ml per 1g of albumin is packed in a column and then the aqueous solution is passed through the column and aluminum is removed to provide the objective aqueous solution. |
