<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a better measurement of a blood pressure with the stabilizing of a user mentally by arranging a time measuring means and a control means to control a blood pressure measuring means and a performing means to perform a melody by the performing means for a specified space of time during the measurement of the blood pressure.
