PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select effective information effectively among broadcast data information depending on the situation if individual information receiving station by broadcasting data information in combination with broadcast condition information from an information broadcasting station. SOLUTION: An information broadcasting station 1 broadcasts a unit of data information in combination with a unit of broadcast condition information thereof. In an information receiving station 2, a situation observing means 10 observes the situation of the information receiving station 2 and a condition decision means 20 compares the broadcast condition information with presented condition information to decide whether both conditions match each other or not. When both conditions match each other, received data information is presented to an information presenting means 30. An information storing means 40 stores the data information and the broadcast condition information for every corresponding unit. Consequently, highly functional information filing is not required on the receiving station 2 side and the information can be presented efficiently.
