PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an optical memory card with an IC module for preventing damages onto an optical recording face and simplifying the process thereof. SOLUTION: A transparent base 4 with an optical recording layer 3 and a protective base l are stuck together through a bonding agent layer 5, and a surface curing layer 6 is formed on the transparent base 4 on which recording and regenerating light beams 11 for recording the information on the optical recording layer 3 and regenerating the information recorded thereon and an IC module 2 is so embedded as to expose on the side of the protective base 1 on an optical memory card, and a site 12 for embedding the IC module 2 preliminarily is formed on the protective base 1 before the protective base 1 is stuck with the transparent base 4, and the IC module 2 is embedded on an embedding site 12. |
