PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control waste gas temperature within a dust collector to an environmental regulation value, e.g. 200 deg.C or lower by a simple e cooling device. SOLUTION: A sprinkler header 7 is installed on a whole upper circumference of an outside of a dust collector 1 and a water receiver pan 8 is installed on a whole lower part of the outside of the dust collector 1. Cooling water received by the water pan 8 is collected by a circulation pump 12 and guided to a cooling tower 13 and is cooled and is supplied again to the sprinkler header 7 so as to cool waste gas in the dust collector body 1 to a temperature of, i.e., 200 deg.C or lower. The cooling water having higher temperature is pooled in a hot water tank 10 temporarily so as to recover waste heat. |
