PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely monitor the degreasing state in a furnace. SOLUTION: In a device for recovering binder vapor generated in a tight box 2 into a tank 6 by introducing this vapor into a liquid phase trap 5 through an inner gas exhaust system 3 and condensing in the liquid phase trap 5, since an inner vessel 7 and a load cell 8 for measuring the wt. of this inner vessel 7, are set in the tank 6, the total binder quantity vaporized in the furnace can be estimated in the real time from the detected value of the load cell 8 and the development of the detected error can effectively be reduced. |
