PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source control equipment and its system which can reduce switching loss, improve efficiency, simplify circuit constitution, and realize cost reduction. SOLUTION: An output of a reactor 2 is connected with a smoothing capacitor 4 through a first diode 3. Second diodes 8 are connected with the respective phase neutral points of a bridge of an inverter circuit 5. A semiconductor switching element necessary for step-up converter operation is combinedly operated by a DC voltage negative pole side semiconductor switching element of the inverter circuit 5.
