The treatment system includes a hollow probe (28) for sucking out the treated body tissue. A cutting blade (39) is provided in the region of the proximal end (30) of the hollow probe. The cutting blade is an integral component part of the hollow probe wall (34). The cutting blade is designed as an extension (36) of the hollow probe wall.
