FIELD: high-frequency control of fluid flowrate, for example in pneumonics, systems for regulating ingredients of fuel in engines particularly in liquid-propellant engines or internal combustion engines, in fluidic units of printers and so on. SUBSTANCE: valve for controlling fluid flowrate includes housing, active member of piezoelectric or magnetostrictive material and seat supporting disc with pusher. Valve is provided with adjustable spring in the form of bent plate. Active member has end supports. Plate is arranged between supports and it is rested by those supports. Disc is joined with center of plate through pusher. EFFECT: improved design providing quick action, enhanced efficiency, reliability and useful life of valve in combination with its reduced size and power consumption. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
