FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: tool has ferrite moving rings 1, 2 with coaxial slits mounted in nonmagnetic case 4, fixed ring 4 with slit coupled through flexible joint 5 with rings 1, 2 that pass conductor 6; it also has two electromagnets 7, 8 provided with power supply 9 which is coupled with ice detector 10 and radio control unit 11 placed in case 3 that carries annular ice cutters 12 on its both sides. EFFECT: improved efficiency in deicing high-voltage lines. 2 dwg
