PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sight line guiding marker with excellent visibility not only from a near distance but also from a long distance which is capable of guiding sight line effectively. SOLUTION: On the rear surface of an indicating portion 1 consisting of transparent board, fluorescent paint is coated and a fluorescent layer 2 is formed which generates fluorescence radiating ultraviolet ray, this fluorescent layer 2 is irradiated with ultraviolet ray, and fluorescence generated from the fluorescent layer is radiated from the indicating portion 1 to the outside thereby guiding the line of sight. Since the indicating portion 1 generates fluorescence and becomes bright regardless of the presence or absence of light from headlight, and thus excellent visibility can be obtained not only from a near distance but also from a long distance where the light of the headlight does not reach. Moreover, the fluorescent layer 2 is formed on the rear surface of the indicating portion 1 and is not exposed to the surface of the indicating portion 1, so that it is hardly affected by contamination or deterioration and thus the fluorescence can be kept over many years because of its durability. |
