PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zincate treated aluminum material having a zincate film formed by single treatment to all aluminum materials inclusive of 1,000 series and 3,000 series and provided with excellent adhesiveness. SOLUTION: In this aluminum material having a zincate treated film, the zincate treated film is composed of a Zn grain group in which the crystal grain size of Zn is 0.4 to 2μm and a Zn grain group having a crystal grain size smaller than that of Zn in the same Zn grain group. In particular, preferably, the crystal grain size of Zn in the Zn grain group having a large crystal grain size is 0.4 to 1.5μm, and the number of the Zn grains in 1 mm2 is >=50,000 pieces, and the crystal grain size of Zn in the Zn grain group having a small crystal grain size is <=1/5 the maximum crystal grain size of Zn in the Zn grain group having a large crystal grain size.
