摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cavity-containing polyester mold release film having good punchability by suppressing a burr at a through hole punching time particularly in a ceramic sheet multilayer laminating time. SOLUTION: In the cavity-containing polyester mold release film comprising a polyester resin, a cavity-containing polyester base film made of a composition containing a thermoplastic resin noncompatible with the polyester resin and a mold release layer provided on at least one side surface of the base film, a cavity laminating number density of the base film defined by the formula of a cavity laminating number density (piece/μm) = (number of cavities in thickness direction of base film)/(thickness of base film) is 0.20 pieces/μm or more and the mold release layer is constituted mainly of a curable silicone resin.
