PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stretched film having an excellent function of cutting off visible radiation light and ultraviolet rays, gas barrier properties and resistance to bending in combination. SOLUTION: The stretched film is constituted of a resin (A) of barrier properties of 70-95 wt.% and an inorganic filler (B) of particle size 0.5-2.5μm of 5-30 wt.% and it is stretched double or more uniaxially at least.
