PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the solid-liquid separating performance of a strainer irrespective of the constitution of a scraper. SOLUTION: This solid-liquid separator comprises the strainer 12 formed in a cylindrical body by laminating a plurality of circular ring bodies 14 with a space therebetween, a case 24 having a storage part 26 for storing the strainer 12, an inlet 28 and an outlet 30, and the scraper 20 which is disposed in each space between the circular ring bodies 14, and moved relatively along an outer circumferential surface of the circular ring bodies 14 to scrape a solid stuff adhered to an end face of the circular ring bodies 14. The scraper 20 comprises a flat sub circular ring body 74 having the outside diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the circular ring bodies 14 and larger than the inside diameter of the circular ring bodies 14, and a flat projecting piece 22 extended to the outer circumferential surface thereof. The sub circular ring body 74 is disposed concentric with the circular ring bodies 14, and the flat projecting piece 22 has the length reaching the outer circumferential surface of the circular ring bodies 14.
