PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoassay, by which immunoassay can be performed accurately from a low concentration region to a high concentration region, without or by performing dilution by the number of times which is smaller than that performed in the conventional method, even when the concentration of an antigen to be inspected in a specimen is high. SOLUTION: In this immunoassay, a labeled antibody bonding to solid phase is measured through an antibody specifically bonded to the solid phase, an antigen to be inspected, and a labeled antibody, by reacting the antigen to be inspected having a plurality of epitopes, the labeled antibody which has been labeled or will be later labeled and causes an antigen-antibody reaction with the antigen, and an antibody which causes an antigen-antibody reaction with the antigen competitively with the labeled antibody and is specifically bonding to solid phase in a liquid phase, and simultaneously with or after the reaction, reacting the antibody with a solid phase specifically bonding to with the antibody.
