PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating storage cabinet which enhances replacement work efficiency of corrugated cardboard S containing foods. SOLUTION: The refrigerating storage cabinet 1 has a heat insulation main body 5 defining a storage compartment 4 and having an opening 2 in a front face, a front face door 6 for freely openably closing the opening 2 in the front face of the heat insulation main body and a drawer device 17 allowing a shelf 16 in the heat insulation main body to slide. The drawer device 17 comprises a main body rail 21 fixed on the heat insulation main body 5 side, a shelf rail 22 provided slidably to the main body rail, a restricting member 25 provided in a vicinity of the opening 2 in the front face and having a roller main body provided on an upper part thereof and a stopper 31 provided on the shelf rail to be brought into contact with the restricting member to restrict movement of the shelf rail. A notch 32 which the restricting member enters is formed in the stopper.
