PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good-looking mattress cover which facilitates the mounting thereof on a mattress with a simple structure while being free from scumple on it mounted in place. SOLUTION: This mattress cover 2a is made up of a cover body part 3 covering the top surface of a mattress 1 and right and left fabrics 4 and 4 and a lower fabric respectively covering right and left sides 1a and 1a and a lower side 1b thereof excluding the upper side positioned on the side of the head part of the mattress 1. On the other hand, rubber bands 6 are mounted to be fastened on the rear of the cover body part 3 respectively across four corner parts of the mattress 1.
