PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key holder of strong structure in which a key mounting portion does not easily fall off from the key holder. SOLUTION: The key holder has a plate seating 1 fixed to a housing, a bar member 2 fixed to the upper end edge portion of the plate seating 1, a connecting member 3 having a piercing hole through which the bar member 2 is pierced and a long hole, a key mounting portion 4 in a hook form by an elastic wire placed in a suspending manner in the long hole of the connecting member 3, a closed tube 5 for restricting the release end of the elastic wire forming the key mounting portion 4 and for releasing the restriction of the release end when removing a key K from the key mounting portion 4.
