PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive light emitting device emitting the white light whose wavelengths are extremely stable. SOLUTION: Three color lights of red, green, and blue lights are so created out of three kinds of phosphors by using ultraviolet rays as their light sources as to obtain by their mixed color the white color having a stable tone. The three kinds of phosphors are subjected to their proper mixings, depositings, or disposings in the inside or surface of a semiconductor light emitting element or in the surface or inside of its enclosure. They can be also entrapped in a transparent electrode 26 or a protective film 45. |
