PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protocol analysis display method for displaying access state to a resister address, and to provide a display using the method. SOLUTION: In the protocol analysis display method of the IEEE 1394 serial bus, data acquired from the IEEE 1394 serial bus are classified by a destination ID, are sorted by a destination register address, and are classified by the destination resister address. The number of the destination register addresses is counted, and the number of counts for each destination register address of a node connected to the IEEE 1394 serial bus is displayed.
