PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure ensuring more reliable electromagnetic shielding while suppressing cost increase. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic wave shielding structure for electronic apparatus where an opening/closing door 31 shields an electromagnetic wave being radiated outward from an electronic apparatus EP disposed in a housing, the door 31 is provided with a door side conduction member covering an opening for the door 31 made in the housing side, and a housing side conduction member approaching the edge part of the door side conduction member under closed state of the door 31 is provided on the housing side. The edge part of the door side conduction member and the housing side conduction member are shaped such that the advancing passage of electromagnetic wave formed between the edge part of the door side conduction member and the housing side conduction member is snaked under closed state of the door 31.
