PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with contact plate and its manufacturing method which improves assembly efficiency on a printed circuit board, and makes possible to provide a sheet with flat spring of various pitch distance without material loss, without a protection sheet which covers underside of the contact plate of the sheet with the contact plate. SOLUTION: It provides sheet with contact plate 100 which comprises the topside of sheet 2 with adhesion layer on the underside and a plurality of contact plates 3 adhered on the adhesion layer, and belt carrier sheet 1 covering underside of the contact plate 3 and the sheet with contact plate 100, and forms a plurality of sheets with contact plates 100, and holds to adhere continuously each sheet with contact plates 100 in the longitudinal direction of the belt carrier sheet 1 at a fixed pitch.
