PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning device with a movable panel capable of supporting the movable panel without laterally shaking the lower end thereof and having a good appearance without having a projection as obstructs against passage on the lower end of a support panel. SOLUTION: A roller 14 provided on the upper end of the movable panel 12 is erected on a rail 7 supported on the upper end of the support panel 5, and a downward protruding part 25 directing the longitudinal direction of the movable panel 12 is provided on the lower end of the movable panel 12-side surface plate 11 of the support panel 5 so as to form spaces between the lower end and a floor surface 8 and between the movable panel 12 and the side opposite thereto. A receiving member 27 extended toward the support panel 5 side and having a downward protrusion 25 slidably fitted to the downward protruding part 25 formed on the tip upper surface is provided on the lower end of the movable panel 12.
