PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin resin composition capable of providing a molded article which is excellent in the balance between the rigidity and the impact resistance, scarcely suffers the occurrence of a flow mark, or suffers the occurrence of an inconspicuous flow mark, and has an excellent appearance with a high gloss. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition contains a propylene block copolymer (A) prepared by using a metallocene catalyst and consisting of a propylene homopolymer part and a propylene/α-olefin random copolymer part, an inorganic filler (B), and if necessary, an elastomer (C) at a specified ratio, wherein the component (A) has anα-olefin content of 2-20 wt.% and an MFR of 8-100 g/10 min, with the propylene homopolymer part having an MFR of 0.01-1,000 g/10 min, and the positional irregular units of propylene monomer due to the 2,1-insertion or 1,3-insertion accounting for 0.2% or less of the whole propylene constituent units, as determined by<13> C-NMR spectrum, and has an Mw/Mn of 1 to 3 as determined by GPC.
