PURPOSE:To prevent electrode boards from short-circuiting due to conductive dust, e.g. chips of screw produced through driving of tightening bolt, at the time of assembling the oscillator of an ultrasonic rod motor. CONSTITUTION:Inner diameters of electrode boards 2-A, 2-B are set larger than those of piezoelectric elements 3-A, 3-B, and the inner diameters of electrode films 3-A-3, 3-B-3 of the piezoelectric elements 3-A, 3-B are set equal to those of the electrode boards 2-A, 2-B. |
