PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the identification information of a user who transmits data and that of the user of a transmission source contained in the data to easily and inexpensively correspond in one-to-one, and to effectively prevent the transmission of data by falsifying the identity. SOLUTION: A data transmission method for transmitting data received from a client 10 to a destination includes a decision stage and a transmission stage. In the decision stage, the identification information of the client 10 corresponds to that of the user for storing in a storage means 15, and it is decided whether the identification information of the client 10 corresponds to the identification information of the user included in the header and data sections of the data for storing in the storage means 15. In the transmission stage, the data received from the client 10 are transmitted to the destination when the identification information of the client 10 transmitting data corresponds to the identification information of the user included in the header and data sections of the data for storing into the storage means 15.
