PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conveying equipment that is braked without fail and not brought into a free-run state even if a trouble occurs in a drive system or a power supply system of a traveling movable body. SOLUTION: A motor 1 drives the movable body. A motor drive circuit 2a drives the motor 1. If an anomaly occurs in the drive system or the power supply system of the movable body, a dynamic braking control circuit 12 outputs a pulse of an on-signal to a dynamic braking circuit 9a. In the dynamic braking circuit 9a, a thyristor 3 is turned on by the on-signal outputted from the dynamic braking control circuit 12, and a loop comprising a series resistor 4 and a full-wave rectification circuit 5 is closed. As a result, dynamic braking is applied. Even if the power supply system for the dynamic braking control circuit 12 is down and the on-signal is not supplied any more, the thyristor 3 keeps a turned-on state on to continue dynamic braking until the operating speed of the motor 1 is reduced by the dynamic braking and a main current becomes equal to or smaller than a holding current.
