PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an internal power supply voltage at a desired voltage level by suppressing the effects of the offset voltage of an operation amplifier for deciding a voltage level. SOLUTION: The voltage corresponding to a comparator reference voltage (VCP) from a charge pump circuit (1) for a reference voltage is compared with the output voltage (Vo) generated by a charge pump circuit (3) for output in the operational amplifier (2). According to the compared result, the charge pump operation of the output charge pump circuit (3) is controlled.
