The present invention relates to carrier devices for Compact Disks (CD's). A sheath (42) is formed by first and second panels of a blanck secured togethe r to define a space. A carrier member (40) is slidably received in the space f or movement between a removal position and a storage position. The carrier memb er is formed by third and fourth panels secured together by adhesive. Stops (50 ) are formed on the carrier member and the sheath for limiting movement of the carrier member (40) relative to the sheath (42).
