AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CHANGEABLY MANAGING MONEY DRAWING UPPER LIMIT

An ATM(Automated Teller Machine) and a method for managing the changeable drawing upper limit of money are provided to set drawing limit information fluidly and supply money within the drawing limit of one time according to the pre-set drawing limit information to cope with the shortage of the balance. An ATM(200) for providing a certain amount of money according to the changeable drawing upper limit is composed of a memory(210) for storing drawing limit information fluidly updated according to the input data; a user interface unit(220) for receiving user information and a requested amount of money and authenticating user information; a balance checking unit(230) for checking a present holding amount of money in the ATM; and a providing unit(240) for judging the present drawing limit of money by comparing the balance with the drawing limit information if authentication of the user information succeeds, and providing the requested amount of money under the present drawing limit.
