<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for creating a calendar easily creating a calendar by use of images posted by users. <P>SOLUTION: In every month from January to December, posted images are ranked in descending order of photographic density (step S22). Next, an image rank determining part 28 ranks the images posted in January, in descending order of access count counted by an access counting part 26 (step S24). Next, the overall ranking of the images posted in January is determined based on the ranks determined in step S22 and S24 (step S26), and the image of the first place in the overall ranking is extracted as a calendar image for January (step S28). Once the calendar images from January to December are obtained, a calendar creating part 30 creates calendar data and outputs it to a printer 32 for printing.
