PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the dead weight of a moving device by a rope and to reduce the suction force and the raising/lowering force of the moving device by attaching the rope to the moving device which is raised/lowered by being sucked to a wall surface, by automatically controlling the unwinding winding-up of the rope, and by keeping the tensile force of the rope in a fixed value. SOLUTION: A rope 20 is connected to a moving device 50, which is raised/ lowered by being sucked to a wall surface 100, via a tensile force sensor 5. The rope 20 is wound around a drum 1 of a drop preventing device 30 installed on the top part of the wall surface 100 so as to be freely wound up/unwound by a motor 6, and the tensile force of the rope 20 detected by the tensile force sensor 5 is inputted in a controller 10 so that the motor 6 is automatically controlled to become equal to the preset dead weight of the moving device 50. Thereby, when the moving device 50 is raised, the tensile force of the rope 20 is reduced to be wound around the drum 1, and when it is lowered, it becomes inverse. The rope 20 is thus unwound/wound up by following the raising/lowering of the moving device 50 so as to support the dead weight of the moving device 50, and so that wall surface suction force and the raising/lowering rive force of the moving device 50 can be reduced. |
