PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the scuff resistance and wear resistance while maintaining the antireflection effect by using a compd. as a fluorine-contg. prepolymer having specified or higher proportion of fluorine content and having at least two epoxy groups bonded to one molecule and controlling the hardened film to specified thickness. SOLUTION: This antireflection film consists of a hardened film of a fluorine- contg. prepolymer, and the fluorine-contg. prepolymer is a compd. having >=50 wt.% fluorine content and at least two epoxy groups bonded to one molecule. The hardened film is formed to 0.03 to 0.5 μm thickness. In this method, the polymerized part of a fluorine-contg. olefin is used as the main chain of the fluorine-contg. prepolymer having epoxy groups. By selecting a fluorine-contg. olefin having a high fluorine content, for example, tetrafluoroethylene perfluorovinyl ether, a compd. having extremely low refractive index and having epoxy terminal groups can be synthesized. |
