<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy the need for stabilized synchronous operation of a plurality of uninterruptible power supply units. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of uninterruptible power supply units 3a, 3b and 3c with bypass power supply circuits 5a, 5b and 5c are connected in parallel. Each uninterruptible power supply unit 3a, 3b, 3c is provided with a synchronous signal supply circuit 12a, 12b, 12c. Each synchronous signal supply circuit 12a, 12b, 12c has a circuit for forming a synchronizing signal based on the own AC voltage and a circuit for detecting the synchronizing signal of other unit.
