<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility reservation system for suppressing uncanceled reservation, thereby facilitating use of a facility by notifying a user of a user ID corresponding to the uncanceled reservation that the reservation has not been canceled when using a facility reservation system, and prohibiting the user from making a reservation for a predetermined period when the uncanceled reservation is repeated a prescribed number of times. <P>SOLUTION: A reservation management server 1 decides the uncanceled reservation by collating reservation information registered by a user from a user terminal 4 with use status received from a use status confirmation means 3 installed in a conference room 2, and when deciding the uncanceled reservation, the reservation management server 1 deletes the corresponding reservation information, and counts up the uncanceled reservation for the user ID, and when the number of times of uncanceled reservation reaches a prescribed number of times, the reservation management server 1 updates a preservation inhibition flag to prohibit the user of the user ID from making a reservation for a predetermined period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
