A hot/cold water capacity control system of a hot/cold water purifier and a hot/cold water capacity control method using the same are provided to regulate the hot/cold water capacity depending on user convenience and make and store a desired amount of hot/cold water. A hot/cold water capacity control system of a hot/cold water purifier comprises a partition member(52) in which first and second partition films(52a,52b) dividing the internal space of a cold water tank(50) into three sections are formed, first and second evaporators(30,40) in the middle and bottom sections of the cold water tank partitioned with the partition member, first and second refrigerant valves(60,70) connecting the first and the second evaporator to a condenser(20) and controlling the flow of refrigerant, and a controller(100) controlling the refrigerant valves, a compressor(10) and the condenser.
