Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing a baked fat-based confectionery, including a step of preparing a fat-based confectionery material containing a sorbitan fatty acid ester, a step of forming the fat-based confectionery material into a prescribed shape to obtain a fat-based confectionery, and a step of baking the fat-based confectionery. |
