The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an extract of rose of Sharon using a magnetic field tunnel, so as to use a saponarin ingredient or the like contained in the rose of Sharon, and to a food comprising an extract of rose of Sharon. The manufacturing method of an extract of rose of Sharon comprises: a step of drying and crushing a raw material of the rose of Sharon; a step of regulating a pH and leaving the same; a primary heating and aging step; a secondary heating and aging step; a step of enabling a rose of Sharon raw material-containing solution to be penetrated into the magnetic field tunnel; and a step of manufacturing the same as power or granules.
