FIELD: pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: method is characterised by dissolving an analysed sample, treating solution with a chemical reagent, followed by photo-electro-colorimetry of coloured solutions, wherein dissolving is carried out in purified water, held on heated water bath until complete dissolution, cooled and diluted with same solvent to 100 ml; an aliquot part of prepared solution with volume from 1.0 to 5 ml is successively treated with 2.0-2.3 ml of 1 % alkaline solution of sodium nitroprusside and 0.1 ml of 3 % solution of hydrogen peroxide, held for 1 min, then adding 0.1 M solution of potassium hydroxide to pH 10 and photo-electro-colorimetry of coloured solutions.EFFECT: higher sensitivity, selectivity and accuracy of analysis.1 cl, 2 tbl |
