PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver which prevents a coil from being damaged by vibration of the coil in a slot while avoiding use of an insulation vanish.SOLUTION: A resolver has: a ring shaped stator 1 having a stator coil 11; and a cylindrical case 2 disposed so as to contact with an outer edge of the ring shaped stator 1. The cylindrical case 2 is provided with: a case body 20; and a case extension wall 21 which extends from the case body 20 along a radial direction 1a of the ring-shaped stator 1. The stator coil 11 is not impregnated with an insulation varnish and is fixed to the case extension wall 21 by an elastic material 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
