The invention relates to a reactive medium comprising a porous substrate on which is deposited, in solid form, an organic compound capable of forming gas clathrates. The invention also relates to a process for separating CO2, present in a gas mixture, in which the CO2 is captured by enclathration by means of said reactive medium. The invention also relates to reactors for implementing said process.
