PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform on-line coating of a vehicle door while suppressing trouble of assembly in an inner panel, even when the inner panel is made of fiber-reinforced resin.SOLUTION: In a door outer assembly 20, a metal annular RF 26 is bonded to a metal door outer panel 22, and the door outer assembly 20 is connected to a vehicle body by the annular RF 26. Furthermore, a door inner panel is fastened and fixed to the annular RF 26. Therefore, on-line coating can be performed on a side door 10, in a state where the door inner panel is removed from the door outer assembly 20, and after the on-line coating, the door inner panel can be assembled to the annular RF 26. Thereby, a step of fastening the door inner panel to the door outer assembly 20 can be performed by one time. Consequently, even when the door inner panel is made of fiber-reinforced resin, on-line coating can be performed on the side door 10 while suppressing trouble of assembly in the door inner panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
