PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve prediction accuracy.SOLUTION: A predictor comprises a prediction part for, using a growth state of a virus, a microbe, or plant and animal as an objective variable, and based on a model using a kernel function using at least one of one or more kinds of factors contributing to the growth state as an explanatory variable, predicting the growth state. The kernel function may comprise at least one of a positive definite value function, and a sigmoid kernel.
