PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device that can clean a rotary member with an inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A torsion spring 28 as urging means is in contact at one end 28a with a rotation shaft 27a of a cleaning roller 27. The one end 28a of the torsion spring 28 applies an urging force in a direction of an arrow F1 to the rotation shaft 27a, and the cleaning roller 27 is urged in the direction of the arrow F1 and pressed against a pressure roller 23. The torsion spring 28 presses a bearing 31 against the cleaning roller 27 to apply a load to the rotation of the cleaning roller 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
