PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of maintaining weather resistance even after exposure in outdoor for a long period of time, and having excellent thermal resistance as well as noncombustibility, and also to provide an incombustible decorative member using the same.SOLUTION: An incombustible decorative sheet 10 includes, on a base material 1, an adhesion layer 5, an acrylate resin layer 6 and a fluororesin layer 7 in this order. The acrylate resin layer 6 is composed of a mixture of acrylic rubber and acrylate resin with a mass ratio set at 30:70-60:40. The adhesion layer 5 includes two layers: an adhesive layer 3 composed of a urethane adhesive agent having polyester resin as a principal chain; and an anchor layer 4 composed of a urethane anchor agent having acrylic resin as a principal chain.
