PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading device for stably manufacturing a large amount of chewy and sticky dough having good taste.SOLUTION: A kneading device 1 includes: a container 11 for containing an object to be kneaded such as flour and water; three arms 12 which are provided in the container and rotate integrally with a rotational shaft 13; a dough fall prevention rod 17 provided between the rotational shaft and the arms in parallel with the rotational shaft; and a projection 18 provided on a bottom inner wall face and middle inner wall face of the container. A gap L1 between the bottom inner wall face of the container and the arms is within the range of 25 mm to 70 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
